Customer Campaigns

In FY10, campaigns targeting the enterprise segment are focused on two distinct audiences: business decision makers and IT decision makers.
Through the customer campaigns, we provide an integrated message as well as a structured solution marketing and selling approach to both IT and business audiences. The campaigns align to People-Ready Business and Microsoft’s all-up perception campaigns.

Participating in Microsoft Customer Campaigns

If your organization has a relevant solution offering and you are interested in jointly driving a customer campaign, please speak with your Partner Account Manager (PAM). During partner business planning activities, your PAM can help you to define a Partner Solution Plan (PSP), which gives an overview of your solution offering and defines our joint value proposition and organizational commitments. PSPs are essential to working with Microsoft as they identify the preferred partners that Microsoft works with on joint marketing.
