The Microsoft in the Enterprise Resource Guide: 2010-2011—also known internally as the customer enterprise resource guide (CERG) was developed to provide customers with a comprehensive overview of Microsoft’s offerings for enterprise organizations. From valuable tips on optimizing IT to the latest industry solutions, this guide helps customers understand the immense potential of their Microsoft technology investments. It clearly positions Microsoft as “leading to the future” with our technologies, capabilities, products, and solutions.
